35 Medals Won By Filipino Students On International Math, Science Contest In Indonesia
In Tangarerang City, Indonesia, Philippines bagged 35 medals in the international math and science contest participated by young Filipino students.
35 Medals
Dr. Isidro, team leader and president of the Mathematics Trainers Guild-Philippines (MTG) said that they bagged 17 bronze, 14 silver, and 4 gold medals in the 13th International Mathematics and Science Olympiad for Primary School 2016 (IMSO).
The contest was held in Tangarerang, Indonesia from November 9 to 13, 2016. The opening ceremony’s guest of honor was Indonesian President Joko Widodo. Here is the list of students who won medals:
